From Dadi Maa’s Orchard to Your Home
Dadi Ka Farm began with a simple memory — our Dadi Maa, her mango orchards, and the taste of homemade achar.
Years ago, Dadi Maa planted mango trees across large parts of her own land. With patience, hard work and careful irrigation, she nurtured those little trees into a beautiful orchard that became a special part of our childhood.
Every summer, Dadi Maa would take us to the mango farm. We would run between the trees, pick mangoes, play in the orchard and enjoy freshly ripened mangoes sitting beside her. Those were the moments that made the farm feel like home.
Every mango season, Dadi Maa would bring fresh mangoes straight from her orchard and prepare achar using her generations-old wisdom and traditional recipe.
No shortcuts. Just mangoes from her orchard, freshly ground whole spices, mustard oil made from our own farm-grown mustard, and the love that made every jar taste like home.
We grew up eating that achar with our meals — and somewhere along the way, we realised that this wasn't just food.
It was a taste of home. A taste of our roots. A taste of Dadi Maa Receipe
That feeling inspired us to start Dadi Ka Farm — with a simple dream: to bring the authentic taste of homemade, traditional Indian food from our farm to your home.
We want to make everyday eating a little more desi, natural and connected to our roots, while keeping alive the traditional wisdom passed down by our mothers and grandmothers.
And our journey is not only about food. We aim to create opportunities for local communities and women, support traditional skills and encourage livelihoods around our farms and food-making process.
