Because our products are handmade in small batches using fresh farm ingredients, we follow careful quality and delivery practices to ensure you receive the best
Under normal circumstances, we do not offer refunds or replacements for orders that are already shipped or delivered. However, if a genuine issue is reported, customers may raise a request. Each case will be carefully reviewed, and refunds upon approval will be processed accordingly.
Approved refunds are credited to the customer’s account within 5–7 working days
